MASS PRODUCTION 01
High-precision injection molding extrusion platform
TIANYIMED has made multiple improvements to the production process, achieving multiple cavities in the mold based on high precision and stability, and improving the production efficiency, dimensional accuracy, and batch stability of injection mold products; Special PVC extrusion screws are targeted for matching high-precision extruders with non-ortho benzene PVC materials, increasing dimensional accuracy by more than 50%. The dimensional tolerance for high-speed extrusion at 75r/min is controlled within 20μm.
MASS PRODUCTION 02
Highly-automatic production platform
Considering the production process of products, the company participates in the design process of various automated production equipment to create a unique automated production platform. The automation rate of the automated assembly production line can reach 80%. Machine vision and image processing are used to locate, identify, and screen components, and to achieve orderly and automated assembly of precharger components. The qualification rate has been increased to 99.56%; Develop a new type of roller gluing machine to achieve automation and precision in the gluing process, resulting in a 99.99% acceptance rate for pipeline bonding.
MASS PRODUCTION 03
High-standard sterilization
We have professional sterilization center with advanced sterilization equipment: the electron beam sterilization equipment from the Belgian company IBA, and Hangzhou Unispectral, etc. The automatic sterilization process meets the requirements of IS011135, and excessive sterilization ensures the sterile use of the product.
